- NSN: 5998-01-164-4894KV P/N: 16U1300-5 Noun: CCA Qty: 3EA APPL: Analog to Digital Input Test Adapter Assembly Tech Order: 33D7-50-587-1, Chapter 2 The Government desires surplus that is New and Unused that was owned by the Government in the past. Surplus suppliers must be able to provide proof that the item was previously owned by the Government and verify the part number and manufacturer's CAGE to be 81755. A RFQ will be uploaded that contain all applicable clauses for this acquisition. Please refer to the RFQ for the preperation of quotes. Please have all Quotes emailed to robert.rollins@robins.af.mil before COB Monday 30 June 2008 Applicable ALC Clauses for Surplus 9952.211-9006 ACCEPTABLE NEW AND UNUSED SURPLUS MATERIAL (JALC) (MAR 2003) (IAW JALC 9911.302-9(d)(1)) New and unused material is acceptable provided it has never been installed or used. It shows no signs of rust, corrosion, or other deterioration due to age or improper packaging/preservation. It has not been reconditioned and shows no evidence of disassembly or reassembly. 9952.211-9011 PART NUMBER VERIFICATION (JALC) (MAR 2003) (IAW JALC 9911.302-91(e)(2)) Items must be of the correct part number, (*), and must have been manufactured by (**).
