Description

Solicitation N00421-1300104440 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Teletronics Technology Corporation, the descriptions listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 2 ea, 16-channel ARINC-429 Business Interface card **CLIN 0002 Quantity 2ea, 4 channel electrical 10/100 Base-T Ethernet Card, **CLIN 0003 Quantity 1 ea, Recorder Control Panel. Award is expected 18 July 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 30 June 2008 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
