Description: This is an Amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation F3Z3568101A200 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The amendment consists of the following: Section 3. Performance, the performance was changed from: 01 Jun 08 -31 May 09 to: 01 Jun 08-30 Jun 09. Section 5 Personnel Qualifications and Requirements, the following statement was deleted from Paragraph 5.1: The contractor must be a military retiree or family member of active duty/retired military member. Family member can also be civilian, but must have military life experience. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3Z3568101A200; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense DCN 200800513. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611. The business size standard is $6.5 Million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is U099. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 9451. This request for quotation consists of the following service: Item 1: Non Personal service as Job Fair Career Coordinator/education &Career Planning Facilitator In accordance with the Amended Statement of Work (SOW). Period Of performance is twelve months (1 July 08 to 30 Jun 09) with two year options. No paper copies of this solicitation will be mailed. No Fax/tephone requests will be accepted.
