Description

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source procurement with Floy Tag & MFG Inc., Seattle, WA. The National Marine Fisheries Science Center located at 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA. 02543 has a requirement for the purchase of the following items: Streamer Tags, clear polyethylene, sequentially numbered FTSL-73 Steamer Tags. Numbers – B30, 001 to B50,000. 20,000 Each. Shipping costs for UPS, 1 JB. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. Authority 41 USC 253( c )(1). The FSC for this is H987 and the NAICS Code is 423840. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by June 21, 2008. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. You must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government.
