- The Government intends to on a sole source basis extend the multiple contracts with SI International (W74V8H-04-D-0064), SERCO (W74V8H-04-D-0063) and Strategic Resource Inc. (W74V8H-04-D-0065) for six months and increased the current ceiling by a magnitude of less than ten percent (10.00% or $ $56.8 Million) in order to continue support to mitigate any additional turbulence in delivery of quality and reliability of human resource services and support, during this pivotal period in National security, to the Army and Department of Defense human resource services and support requirements while a re-compete under fair and open competition basis is underway. The above named vendors are currently the incumbent contractors performing/providing support to the HRsolutions Program Office that is due to expire on/or about September 30, 2008. This is a logical follow-on requirement. Under this extension, the incumbents will continue to provide support that could encompass in-scope modifications, logical follow-ons or new requirements that expand upon experience/expertise from a previous completed order as they pertain to the critical functional elements. Any orders solicited during this extension will be competed among the awardees. This is not a request for quotes, however any proposals received prior to June 20, 2008 will be considered.
