- Previous notificatin is amended as follows: Sherwin Williams is the only known supplier who can provide the Wet on Wet products that can fulfill the Watervliet Arsenal's requirement for this process. For the purposes of this procurement only Sherwin Williams products will be considered. However, if a firm has a product that can meet or exceed the current process, they are encouraged to contact the Watervliet Arsenal for testing of their products to determine their acceptability for future procurements.
