Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office (CGS) in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for 320 tons of UN32 fertilizer to be delivered on an as needed basis between August 15, 2008 and March 30, 2009 at the Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge, Calipatria, CA. The selection process shall be "Best Value" in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-02 Evaluation - Commercial Items.
