- The point of contact for this action is Rosalind McFadden, Contracting Specialist, e-mail rosalind.p.mcfadden@us.army.mil The U.S. Army Contracting Agency; Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in (FAR 6.302-1) with Rosemount Analytic Division, 6565P Davis Industrial Pkwy, Solon, OH 44139-3559. The contractor shall provide service, maintenance and replacement parts for three 400A Analyzers on an as needed bases. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334515 and the size standard is $500. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1600 PM Eastern Standard Time, 23 June 2008; this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers
