- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Ft. Myers, FL The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 2,427 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 2,110 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) in Ft. Myers, FL, within the following Delineated Area: North: Caloosahatchee River East: Meadow Road / 82 to Mlk. Blvd. / I-75 to Caloosahatchee River South: Cypress Lake Drive to Daniels Parkway to Channa Court to Daniels Parkway to Meadow Road / 82 West: McGregor Blvd The required lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Contiguous space on one floor is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. Offered Space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Only existing buildings are being considered. Unique Requirements: Space must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Second Floor or above. Any properties submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for July 18, 2008 and distribute the SFO the same day. A minimum of 8 parking spaces are required (3 surface parking spaces and 5 covered parking spaces are preferred) must be located on site. Agency is ready to move immediately upon Award and build out.
