- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Rickly Hydrological in Columbus, OH for 200 reels with wading tagline, without kevlar tagline. The reels shall be delivered to USGS, Stennis Space Center by 08/13/2008. There are no options for this requirement. Rickly Hydrological is the only known source for this requirement because they are the proprietary manufacturer of the instrument required in order to meet agency needs. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
