Address: This is a combined Synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format set forth in FAR 12.6 and 13.3m as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals being requested and written solicitation will not be issued.
