- NAICS Code: 513111 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP), in Washington, DC, intends to award a firm, fixed-price Purchase Order, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this purchase order is to obtain contractor support to develop and broadcast two pesticide safety radio campaigns, each to be aired over a three week period, for farmworkers and their families. The contractor shall develop a national radio campaign focused on the prevention of take-home pesticide exposure to farmworker children and families. The second radio campaign shall target farmworkers in Washington State who speak the indigenous language of Mixteco. Any firm believing itself to be capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated within the Statement of Work, may submit a quote, which, if received by the response date of this announcement shall be considered. Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
