- The Mk 40 UXOSD is a modular, recoilless disrupter that is capable of firing a range of solid projectiles to remotely explode specific types of IEDs. The UXOSD will provide the EOD technician the capability to render safe or disrupt UXO from a standoff position and decrease the probability of initiating the UXO by sensor activation.
