- The Contractor shall provide all the supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and transportation necessary to reset, raise, realign and clean flat marker headstones and renovate grounds/turf. All work will be done at the Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX. The contract performance period is 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice of Award. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730 and the size standard is $6.5 million. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about June 23, 2008. All requests for printed copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. No telephone requests will be accepted.
