- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – 300 each, 1GB of Memory Module Kits for Dell D600 Laptops. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit only written proposals for the RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard Code 334112 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. Below is the combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. All offerors MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. OFFERORS SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, WITH THEIR OFFER. Responses to this solicitation will be due at 3:00 pm on June 27, 2008 by electronic submission to Lori Gera at Lori.Gera@occ.treas.gov. PRICE SCHEDULE Vendors shall provide price quotations for 300 1 GB memory kits. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Special Notice to Quoters a) The exclusive responsibility for source selection will reside with the Government. Proprietary information submitted in response to this solicitation will be protected from unauthorized disclosure as required by Subsection 27 of the Office of Procurement Policy Act as amended (41 U.S.C 423) (hereinafter referred to as the Act) as implemented in FAR. b) Pursuant to FAR 52.212-1 c) Quotes shall be sent electronically to Lori.Gera@occ.treas.gov. Submission of Complete Quotes Offerors are cautioned to strictly comply with all instructions within this solicitation to ensure submission of a complete quote. Failure to furnish a complete quote, at the time of quote submission, may result in the proposal being unacceptable to the Government and elimination from consideration for award. Quote Format and Submission Instructions Deadline for Receipt of Quotes is June 27, 2008 at 3:00pm. Offerors assume full responsibility for ensuring that their quotes are received by the due date and time. Evaluation The OCC will make an award to the lowest quoter whose products are deemed technically acceptable.
