Item must be quoted I/A/W Cardion (12909) Dwg. 407257-1-A. This requirement is for up to 150 each to be delivered within 100 days, and each additional 75 each or less every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may sumit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). Prices are requested for various ranges for the base year and one (1) option year. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 23 June 2008. This procurement is unrestricted. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one time at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base year plus option year) shall not exceed two (2) years. Offeror(s) must quote on pricing for each increment for each year. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. The quantity to be ordered and the shipping locations will be specified at the time of award on delilvery orders issued. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
