- Blanked Purchase Agreement, W9128F-08-A-0011, Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, Omaha, NE. On or about 23 June 2008, this office will issue a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laboratory geotechnical soil, aggregate and concrete testing and analyses, for the period of 30 June 2008 through 29 June 2013. This solicitation will be awarded under the NAICS Code 541380. In addition, this BPA requires that the laboratory performing the work is accredited by the Materials Testing Center (MTC) at ERDC to assure validity and repeatability of tests. Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in the central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-line Representations and Certification (ORCA) at Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA.
