- 54-The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Tioga Hammond/Cowanesque Lake Facility, Tioga, PA requires the supply and delivery of a floating mooring dock system and a boat launch floating dock with gangway for the Ives Run Recreation Area and Tompkins Campground located in the Tioga, PA area. This requirement NAICS is 444190 and the size standard is $6.5 million. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the specifications included in the request for questions bid package that can be obtained from the Corps' website. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation must be performed through ASFI. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Gloria.Frost@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 19 June 2008, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
