- This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the Firm-Fixed Price and Brand Name or Equal for Canon copier maintenance. TRICARE Management Activity is a Government organization and is exempt from Federal taxes. If these services/items are available via your GSA Schedule, please identify your GSA Schedule Number, ordering terms and conditions, period of performance and include the pricing sheet from your GSA Schedule, which identifies these items in your response. The contractor shall provide full service to maintain the copiers in optimum operating condition per the attached statement of work. All expendable supplies are included at no charge. Identify additional disounts separately. If these services/items are "Open Market" complete the attached Representations and Certifications and include it with your response. The attached terms and conditions are applicable for all "Open Market" items. Quotations are due by 10:00 A.M. July 2, 2008, Mountain time. Quotes received after the above date and time may be rejected. Quotes will be accepted at the following address: TRICARE Management Activity CMB 16401 E. Centretech Parkway Aurora, CO 80011 Attn: Brenda Agner In submitting your quotation use the attached Request for Quotation Package.
