- Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple awards task order contract (MATOC) for construction on the Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, located in Arkansas and a portion of Oklahoma. Construction consists of, but is not limited to, building construction (both new and renovations), bridges, roads, demolition, and sewer/water utilities as defined in Section B. The applicable wage rates determinations will be defined with each task order issued. As a result of this solicitation, we anticipate that a minimum of twelve (12) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts will be awarded for each Forest. Provided that sufficient qualified contractors present offers, we expect to award two (2) contracts to each of the following contractor types per forest: 8(a); Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned; HUBZone; Emerging Small Business; Small Business; and Other than Small Business. Awards will be made to offerors whose proposals, conforming to the RFP, are determined to be most advantageous to the Government in terms of technical, price and other factors considered.
