Description

Provide Waste Removal Services for the VA Medical Center, Albany, NY. Performance period is September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009 with four (4) one year options for renewal. This procurement is unrestricted and the resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 and the size standard is $11.5 million. Solicitation is expected to be issued June 19, 2008 and will be available electronically. All responses are due COB July 31. 2008. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of the provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, direct responses to 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items with their offer. No telephone requests will be accepted. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated.
