Description

THIS REQUIREMENT IS PROVIDED FOR IN THE INSTALLATION'S FY09 EXECUTION PLAN, PENDING CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL OF THE FY09 APPROPRIATION'S BILL. ALL PRICING FROM OFFERS RECEIVED SHALL REMAIN VALID THRU OCT 31, 2008. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25, DFARS DCN 20080513, AFFARS AFAC 2008-0128. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm fixed priced contract shall be awarded to the offeror that represents the best value to the government. Solicitation FA4625-08-Q-0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. General Wage Decision #2005-2307 Revision 6 dated 5/29/2008 applies to this acquisition. This is a Best Value acquisition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. The Small Business Size Standard is $6.5M. Attachment 1 is the Performance Work Statement. SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL, Quarterly Maintenance of Phalanx type barricade system Model DSC501 and Delta Crash Beam System IP500 (H) manufactured by Delta Scientific in accordance with the attached statement of work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
