- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Nokia Siemens Networks for the acquisition of OLCM Software. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Nokia Siemens Networks under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.5 and under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Nokia Siemens Networks is the sole proprietary provider of this software. As a result Nokia Siemens Networks is the only responsible source capable of providing the required supplies/services.
