The U.S.Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) believesThermo Electron is the only vendor capable of satisfying this requirement. If you disagree with this statement, you are requested to supply information based on the requirements herein. In the event that no response from a responsible vendor is received, the (EPA) intends to enter into negotiations with Thermo Electron North America LLC, 5225 Verona Road, Madison, WI 53711 for a One (1) year maintenance agreement for the Laboratory Equipment on the attached document.
