- Description
- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-08-043-REL. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to replace the existing flooring in various areas of the Fort Washakie Health Center, Fort Washakie, Wyoming. The work shall include demolition, moving owner's furnishings, installing cove base, installing underlayment, and installation of the vinyl flooring. The plans and technical specifications will be available for inspection, without charge, at the PHS Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Billings, Montana and at the Wind River Service Unit, PHS Indian Health Center, One Blackcoal Road, Fort Washakie, Wyoming. There will be no charge for the solicitation documents. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is July 7, 2008, with a closing date of July 25, 2008. The completion time is 90 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. Offers are being solicited from 100% Small Business concerns.
