Description

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in operation of the Gary Job Corps Center for the US Dept of Labor (DOL) is seeking sealed bids for the design-build of a variable flow refrigerant, split system heat pump type HVAC system at building 5-200. Contractor shall be responsible for all work including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, mechanical, insulation, sheet metal work, steel erection, concrete, natural gas, fire alarm, and site clean-up. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. (1000hrs), Tuesday, July 29, 2008 in building 11-215 of Gary JCC.
