Description

The USDA Forest Service intends to award a Sealed Bid IFB for a renovation project at our office located at 271 Mast Road, Durham, NH 03824-0640. THIS IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). The solicitation will be posted at this website o/a July 11, 2008. Those contractors NOT downloading solicitation/specs/drawings from website and need a hard copy of the drawings, solicitation and specs or any combination MUST call Sir Speedy at 610-789-2685 identifying the project as USDA Durham, NH Office Renovation Project. Again project will not be available until July 11, 2008. There will be a charge and vendors are to work directly with Sir Speedy to work out payment method. 20% BID BOND will be required. This project is estimated at $500,000 - $1,000,000. All questions on the project are to be faxed to the Contracting Officer at least two weeks prior to the due date of the bids. Fax # is 610-557-4224. There will be a pre-bid meeting at the site and the date will be posted in solicitation. THIS IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB).
