Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 713940. The Government intends to issue a pre-priced blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for fitness center memberships for Air Force Reservists on military orders. Facilities will be located close to 3rd and 50th in Midtown Manhattan, NY area. Delivery will be made on an as needed basis indefinitely. Method of Payment will be government purchase card.
