- Reference number W912TF-08-T-0019 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 315999 Other Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing, size Standard is 500 employees. New Hampshire National Guard is requesting quotes for National Guard Military Honors Overcoats and Scarfs. Provide proposals for all or none of the items listed below. 0001: Quantity: 39 (in sizes depicted below). Description: Wool Overcoat. Made to the same pattern as the overcoat worn by the 'Old Guard' in accordance with the Army's specifications to include: Teflon treated 450-shade Elastique cloth, Zip-in Thinsulate liner and Removable Hamilton-finish (shiny) buttons. The overcoat is not waterproof but will repel and shed water. The overcoat is worn with scarf at item 0002, below. Size: Male Soldier - Height/Weight: 64/140, 65/150, 67/155, 67/160, 67/165, 67/170, 68/130, 68/145, 68/155 (2 ea), 68/160, 68/162, 68/165 (2 ea), 69/140, 69/160, 69/180 (2 ea), 69/181, 69/182, 69/185 (2 ea), 69/190, 70/190 (2 ea), 70/220, 70/182, 71/144, 71/189, 72/165, 72/195, 72/215, 73/179, 73/185, 75/190, 75/215. Size: Female Soldier Height/Weight: 64/145, 67/150, 68/150 0002: Scarf: The 'Old Guard' style scarf is 50% Merino wool / 50% acrylic, with an Ivory HAP color: 9-per-inch bi-directional gauge stitching in a tubular four-ply weave construction without an edge seam; Un-stretched length of 48 inches; Single-fold width of 9 inches. The ends are finished with an over hook stitch (no fringe). The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on technical conformance, cost or price, and past performance.
