Description
This project includes all work associated with the installation of a security fence at the Air Traffic Control Tower, Lincoln Municipal Airport, Lincoln, Nebraska. The overall project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of curb and foundation removal as required. Furnish and installing a 22 foot high fold-over pole, pole foundation and all necessary conduit, cables and all components necessary for a complete Gate Control Video (GCV) installation. Furnishing and installing security equipment including CCTV, monitors, card readers, auto dialer telephone intercom and cipher key pad system, and all components. Furnishing and installing underground power and control circuit from building to fence power and control station; and also from the fence power and control station to the gate operator stations; and also from the fence power and control station to the gate entry pedestal stations. Installation of approximately 742 linear feet of 10' -0" tall coated galvanized mesh security fence including a 1 foot barbed wire overhang. Installation of reinforced concrete pavement and foundations. Furnishing and install fence ground counterpoise. Time: 60 Calendar Days Estimated Cost: Between $300,000 - $600,000 NACI: 238190 Size Standards: $13.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
