Description: 21 CONS is posting this Amendment 1 to the Solicitation for # FA2517-07-R-5001, Custodial Services for Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB) and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS). 1. The offer due dated is changed. Change SF 1449, block 8, offer due date to read: 4:00PM, 7 Jul 08. 2. Changed documents (marked with asterisk) and additional documents attached to this amendment and incorporated to the solicitation are: *Attachment 1 - PWS with Appendix *1 & *1A Appendix 2 and 3 provided to awardee only Appendixes 4 - 6 are included in PWS *Attachment 3 - Proposal Schedule with Exhibits A - K Fill-in *Attachment 5 - Service Contract Act/Collective Bargaining Agreement *Attachment 8 - Performance Plan Added Attachment 9 - Workload History Added Attachment 10 - Question and Answer from 28 May thru 19 June 2008 3. Change Attachment 1 - PWS, paragraph 1.1.2.1.2 and 1.1.2.1.3 title. Change Section II, paragraph 2.1, performance objective 3 & 4 paragraph numbers, performance objective 5 & 6 performance thresholds. Appendix 1 is changed to show additional square footage and task frequency for items in the ‘General' spreadsheet. Appendix 1A is changed to show the CMAFS Fitness Centers and CMAFS Medical Aid Station in the ‘Special' spreadsheet. The Square footage was removed from the ‘General' spreadsheet. 4. Change Attachment 3 - Proposal Schedule with Exhibits A - K Fill-in, to show the increase of task and frequency to PAFB CLIN 0002 thru 4002 and to show the CMAFS Fitness Centers and CMAFS Medical Aid Station square footage in ‘Special' CLIN 0006 thru 4006. The Square footage was adjusted from the ‘General' CLIN 0007 thru 4007 & the ‘Ala Carte' CLIN 0008 thru 4008. This change is for the base year and each option year. 5. Change Attachment 5 - Service Contract Act/Collective Bargaining Agreement to provide the July 2007 version of the CBA. 6. Change Attachment 8 - Performance Plan, table 1 to add the method of surveillance. 7. Attachment 9, Workload History is added for offerors review. 8. Attachment 10, offeror Questions and Government Answers from 28 May 2008 through 19 June 2008 are added for offeror review. 9. Page 3, Table of Contents is updated, to add attachments 9 and 10. 10. Page 68, FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Table of Contents is updated to add attachments 9 and 10. Any further amendments made to this solicitation will be issued in electronic format and may be downloaded from the FedBizOpps web site at http//www.fedbizopps.gov. It will be the responsibility of the offerors to check this website for any changes to the solicitation. Solicitation Amendment 0001 issue date is 23 June 2008. Closing response date is changed to 7 Jul 08. Proposals will be accepted from all interested responsible and responsive parties. Foreign participation is not permitted at any contractor level; limitations are due to security access. Site visit date is 24 June 2008, has not changed. Estimated award date is 28 Feb 09, has not changed.
