Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a solicitation for the acquisition of contractor services to operate and provide cafeteria and vending machine services. Contractor services will be required to operate/provide cafeteria and vending machine services, to include the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and some equipment, to plan, schedule and coordinate the dispending of food, non-alcoholic beverages and other items as required in the Performance Work Statement of the solicitation. The cafeteria and vending machine service are for approximately 1,050 building occupants at the IRS' location in Kearneysville, West Virginia. The total seating capacity is 225 for cafeteria and vending areas. This is an unrestricted acquisition, NAICS code is 722310; the small business size standard is $19,000,000. The Government intends to award a performance based fixed-price (FP) contract for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. Award will be made to the vendor representing the best value to the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
