Applicants must have at least FIVE YEARS OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, Preferred if the applicant had provided same or similar products to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar products. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery of these products.
