Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for rescue system hydraulic power equipment. The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB TX, is requesting information IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) for End of Year planning purposes to obtain price and delivery on the following items: •2 each, Hydraulic pump with a max operating pressure of 10,500 PSI, 6.5 HP motor, standard spark arrestor muffler, approx. fuel run time of 2 hrs, and uses mineral based hydraulic oil. Include a single flip down handle for compact storage and easy lifting. •2 each, Hose capable of using mineral based hydraulic fluid. 50 feet in length and have connections to a hydraulic pump; •2 each, Hydraulic spreader with a max spread force of 29,450 lbs, max Pull Force of 24,100 lbs, has variable speeds, dead man control to give the operator more control in critical situations, handle that ensures easy operation in all positions for left or right handed operations, dual pilot check valves for reliable & superior load holding, and have wear resistant anodized surface to protect tool from corrosion.; •2 each, Rescue chains package for use with the hydraulic power equipment; •2 each, Hydraulic extension ram with an extended length of 40.5 inches and a max operating pressure of 10,500 PSI. Ideal for heavy equipment and machinery; •2 each, Hydraulic cutter capable of a max cutting of 310,000 lbs. with a max Operating Pressure of 10,500 PSI. Has wear resistant anodized surface, Variable speed, dead man control to increase manageability in critical situations, and handle that ensures easy operations in all positions for left or right handed operators.; •2 each, 110 ton medium duty set lifting equipment. Including lifting bags, regulator dual dead man control, a green and black hose, and a red and blue hose with inline relief. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 423850 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This RFI is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation of an offer. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. If funds become available this requirement will be re-issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
