Description

Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System, VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 605 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA 01605--Intent to sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source with Philips Medical Systems, 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021 to provide parts and labor to replace radiographic collimator in x-ray system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any qualified vendor that determines it can meet the government's requirements may give written notification through e:mail to the Contract Specialist, leanne.daniels@va.gov, by June 26, 2008, 2:00PM EDT. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with above requirements at no cost or obligation to the government. All responses received will be evaluated by the government, however the information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, the VA Boston Healthcare System will precede to sole source this requirement to Philips Medical Systems.
