Description

Title: Invitation for Bid No. 301818B140, Concrete Demolition, Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge, Rochert, Minnesota. Project consists of the removal and disposal of concrete slabs, pads, concrete block, footings three feet below ground, and closure of septic tanks. The work also includes importing backfill and topsoil material, placement, and finish grading. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted with regards to business size under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238910, Site Preparation, with a size standard of $13.0 million. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 07/09/08 with bid opening scheduled for on or about 08/08/08.
