- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for (1). 4Camera: GSM/WIFI (802.11a/b/g/h & Super AG) LAN includes: Antennas and 8GB CF card w/DC power and AC adapter, VISR 640 Quantity: 1 EA. (2). Radio Transmitter w/Cable HNC 45 Quantity: 1 EA. (3). ARK 9134 40mm Passive Infrared Sensor AR9134S Quantity: 1 EA. (4). PTZ w/Sony 18xColor to B&W Camera H2001W Quantity: 1 EA. (5). Hi-Res B&W bullet Camera w/Sunshield and w/4-9mm Varifocal Lens WDB-3585B Quantity: 1 EA. (6).Hi-Res Color Bullet Camera W/Sunshield and 4-9mm Varifocal Lens WDB-3585C Quantity: 1 EA. (7). WiFi 1 Watt power Amplifier ISA 61 Quantity: 1 Ea. (8). Fisher to BNC Adapter Camera Adapter Quantity: 1 EA... (9). Controller w/Pelican Case VCON quantity: 2 EA. Simplified and commercial acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 13 and 12 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is unrestricted with regard to business size. The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 323119, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-08-0249. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to Bureau of Engraving & Printing, D Street Between 13TH & 14th Street S W, Washington D C 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be based on supplies meeting the requirements and or price. All interested firms are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, and DUNS numbers, size status (that is, small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2:30 P.M. on July 07, 2008. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Acquisition, Attn: Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228-001 or faxed to Rosa Lee at 202-874-2200.
