Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Charleston, SC, has a requirement to paint and make repairs to a 65’ seagoing vessel, hereinafter called “the Blair.” The work shall include removal and reinstallation of hardware with replacement of unusable hardware; blasting away old paint, rust, etc.; any protection of surfaces not being painted/repaired; and, paint the Blair. Repairs include removing rudders, props, and shafts and making changes/repairs as specified. The work includes any dry docking, transportation, launching and other fees/costs required to accomplish the work. The FLETC does not have dry docking facilities. The Blair is operational and can be transported via waterways to the dry docking facility. The Contracting Officer for this acquisition is Cindy Doster. The complete RFQ package may be downloaded from the www.fedbizops.gov website. Copies of the RFQ will NOT be faxed; however, you may request a copy by e-mailed to you.
