Description
RFP for NSN 6130-01-508-3397 ANALYZER-CHARGER, BA/43N AIRCRAFT. Solicitation number SPM4L1-08-R-0103, PR IQC07085009026, in accordance with EaglePicher Technologies LLC (81855), part number MSD-970-1. End item application: AIRCRAFT, HORNET F/A-18. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. PRLI: 0001, estimated annual demand qty 200 ea. Required delivery: 77 DARO. FOB-DESTINATION, INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE-DESTINATION. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304©(1). (FAR 6.302-1). Sole Source (FAR 6.302). Intended source: EaglePicher Technologies (81855). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This procurement is unrestricted and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The stock locations are any CONUS facility. “One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.” The solicitation will be available on or about July 11, 2008 and will close on or about August 11, 2008. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factor as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
