Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). THE formal solicitation document (HSCG38-08-Q-S00059) IS EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE July 15, 2008. This announcement is for the overhaul of Alternating Generators, P/N28B302-8-DM, NSN 6115-01-114-9696 and P/N AGH958-1, NSN 6115-01-3009669. 8B308-used on the HH-60 Helicopter. The solicitation number is HSCG38-08-Q-S00059. The contract is estimated to be a one-year base period with four 1 year periods. Items are to be delivered to USCG, ARSC Receiving Section, Bldg 63, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, 27909-5001. Final acceptance shall be at destination. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for the items. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price. Delivery is desired within 60 days after receipt of order and required within 120 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation, in writing. Request for Solicitation may be submitted by indicating solicitation number. Only written, emailed or facsimile requests will be honored. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
