- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91ZLK-08-T-0481 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-24. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit quotations. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to be delivered at FOB Destination shall be Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD 21010 The USA ACA Aberdeen Proving Grounds requires the following items, to the following: NSN: 5995-01-554-6847, Cable Assembly VRCU Part Number A3316711-1, QTY - 60 EA; NSN: 5895-01-545-4659, Control Monitor C12754/VRC, VRCU Part Number A3307364-1, QTY - 60 EA; Delivery shall be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The selected Offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Acceptance shall be at destination.Shipping shall be FOB Destination to Aberdeen Proving Ground, 21005. 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award on all or none basis.
