- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Ecosystems Research Division (ERD), 960 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605 intends to award a fixed-priced blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to secure parts for a government-owned NEC NEAX 2400 telephone system and peripheral equipment. The procurement is using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Item Acquisition and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The BPA will be in effect from September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2011. Call orders will be issued against the BPA during the performance period. The NAICS code for this procurement is 517919, size standard: $23,000,000. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. Anticipated award date is August 13, 2008. Any firm believing it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response which, if received by, July 21, 2008, 10:00 am, Eastern Time, will be considered.
