- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center-SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston-Code 56410Advanced Law Enforcement Technology Branch-is seeking information oncommercial-off-the-shelf inflatable and rigid-hulled inflatable onlygasoline-powered boats less than 20 feet in length which are suitable forswift water rescue. The Department of Homeland Security DHS AuthorizedEquipment List AEL item number for this equipment is 17WC-00-BOAT. The targetaudience for this information is the emergency responder community and allsubmittals should be suited to their specific needs. Review of thisinformation is being performed for DHS Federal Emergency Management AgencyIncident Management Systems Integration Division. DHS established the System Assessment and Validation for Emergency RespondersSAVER Program to conduct comparative assessments and validation activities thatprovide the emergency responder community with information on importantproducts and services. Visit the SAVER Program website athttps://saver.fema.gov for more information. All information received will be treated as public knowledge and may be used inSAVER Program documentation therefore vendors should not submit proprietaryinformation in response to this RFI. Specific information sought includes 1. Company information including Name Address URL Revenue and Number ofemployees 2. Whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor. 3. A point of contact,with phone number and e-mail address. 4. Product name and a brief description. 5. Cost information such as purchase price and General ServicesAdministration-GSA-schedule information. The submitted information will be evaluated for inclusion in SAVER projects andreports. Determination as to an individual product s suitability will be madeby SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston based on the objectives of this request. Vendorsmay be contacted following submission for more detailed product information.Vendor provided information may be reformatted for publication in SAVER Programdocuments.
