Description: WAX, CYCLINDER WIPE, INTAGLIO CURRENCY CC5029. to be in accordance with BEP Specifications W: FT-1B, dated June 5, 1995. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 6.302 and 13.10601. (Noveon). See numbered notes 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR part 12 and 13.106-3 shall be used.
