- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to CRU International Ltd in London WCIX OAD, UK for Subscription renewal to CRU reports for one (1) year to be delivered to USGS, 12201 Sunrise Valley Dr., Reston,VA by 08/01/2008. No option period is required for this requirement. CRU International, Ltd is the only unique source for this requirement because they are the sole creator and distributor of publications known to offer current worldwide minerals information such as product shipments, pricing structures, and market supply / demand analysis in the required format utilized by USGS. CRU International provides publication to produce timely and authoritative analysis of current trends and development of minerals globally. CRU furnishes proprietary information to subscribers that are not available elsewhere. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). FAX response to 703.648.7367 or email to: abenton@usgs.gov.
