- Contractor shall provide all the material, labor, equipment and transportation to make improvements to the existing gravel parking at Building 60-020. Work shall include grading, subgrade preparation, cement treated base course, additional base rock, ACHM paving, concrete curb and gutters, minor excavation and drainage improvement, paint pavement markings, wheel stops and removal and disposal of miscellaneous structures and obstructions. Place of Performance is Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This acquisition is being conducted via the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Invitation for Bids (IFB)W911RP-08-B-0005 will issue on or about 15 July 2008 with an opening on or about 14 Aug 2008. The solicitation and specifications will be posted on FedBizOpps.
