- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3S48112A005 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, 4 August 2006. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 423910, with number of employees not to exceed 100. Alaska Standard Time. Quotes may be e-mailed to the attention of primary P.O.C.s listed below or faxed to 907-377-2389.
