Description: Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, AG-04T1-S-08-0029, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for miscellaneous Structural Steel. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. (iv) This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332111 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) The requirement is for the following items: Item # 1: 300 ea. ľ HR Round – 20’ Item #2: 200 ea. 12 x 20.7 – 20’ Item #3: 8 ea. 2 x 2 x Ľ - 20’ (vi) Items shall be delivered F.O.B. destination and off-loaded to Wolf Creek Civilian Conservation Center, 2010 Opportunity Lane, Glide, OR 97443. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Provide 48 hour notice prior to delivery by calling Sid Lilienthal or Bill Peters at 541-496-8515. (vii) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. All vendors must be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)) at the time of Quote submittal.
