- CLIN 0001 Backpack, Special Purpose with Detachable Pouches. - (18 H x 13W x 8 D). HAL 01/01. Manufactured using US made 1000 D Nylon Cordura with a FR (Flame Retardant) coating. All stitching is Mil Spec 301 Lock Stitching 8-10 stitches per inch. It has 3 removable internal dividers; each one has six zippered clear pockets, three on each side. 4 internal Mesh pockets with drawstring and cord locks. All seams are edge bound using Mil-T-5038 Seam Tape and a double stitch 3/16 apart. Exterior portion of this pack has PALS/MOLLE webbing sewn with 1.5 spacing. Zippers are YKK VislonTM color matching. Shoulder straps padded with 3/8 closed cell foam and is ergonomically designed. 1 webbing is Mil-W-43668 Type 3 Nylon webbing and is color matching. Size 0 Grommet in bottom for drainage. Internal Elastic loops for lashing down equipment. Removable exterior pockets are made in the same fashion using the same materials. Color: Black. QUANTITY 1 Main Line Black 4.5 disa, 100/325ft. HAL 72. Strong Line with a Kevlar core and polyester overbraid, 0.22in (5.5mm) in diameter, with a minimum breaking strength of 1,653lbs (750kg) and a stretch of less than 1% under a 661lbs (300kg) load. QUANTITY 1 Secondary Line 5.5 mm dia, 4m/13ft. HAL 03. - A strong Line with a Kevlar core and polyester overbraid, 0.22in (5.5mm) in diameter, with a minimum breaking strength of 1,653lbs (750kg) and a stretch of less than 1% under a 661lbs (300kg) load. HAL 2/05 - A sharply pointed, treble tang barbed hook for piercing plastic and fabric. The Hook is fitted with a split ring eye for attaching a Line. Overall length (excluding ring): 2.4in (60mm). QUANITY 1 Standard Snatch Block/Pulley. HAL 07 - A Pulley with a spring loaded latch for use in lifting operations or for changing the direction of a Line. Manufactured from stainless steel with glass reinforced nylon cheeks. Fitted with a swivel eye for attaching to an anchor point. For use with 5.5mm (0.22) line. Dimensions: 140 x 55 x 35 mm (5.5 x 2.17 x 1.38). QUANTITY 2 Snatch Block/Pully Self-Opening. HAL 4/66 - A snatch block with an automatic release mechanism that frees the Line at a predetermined point. Used to change the direction of the Line when manoeuvring suspect packages around obstacles and corners. As the Line is pulled through the Snatch Block a ball, which can be clamped to the Line at any point, trips the hinged side plate open to release the Line. Fitted with a swivel snap shackle for attaching to an anchor point. Snatch Block and Ball are supplied separately. Dimensions: 8 x 3 x 1.2in (205 x 75 x 30mm). Max line diameter: 0.2in (5.5mm). QUANTITY 2 Splitter Ball. HAL 4/67 - The Splitter Ball is a plastic and metal device that attaches to the 0.22in (5.5mm) diameter Main Line at any chosen point and opens the cheek-plate on the Pulley. QUANTITY. 2 Telescopic Pole (for Mirrors and Hooks). HAL 82 - A lightweight telescopic pole that extends to 10ft (3m) for attaching a Hook and Line to a suspect package. The pole is fitted with a slot which can be loaded with a choice of Hooks. When the Hook has been successfully attached to the package the Pole is withdrawn allowing the Hook to slip from the slot.
