- Pre-solicitation Notice: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, will be requesting proposals from qualified and eligible firms capable of furnishing all labor, material, supplies, and equipment to provide roofing and siding replacement for Quarters at Charles M. Russell NWR, Sand Creek Wildlife Station, Fergus County, Montana. The magnitude of the construction is between $100k and $250k. The total performance period is 75 days. This RFP is open to small and large businesses. The NAICS code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $31 million. The solicitation is anticipated to be available electronically on FedBizOpps on or about June 27, 2008 with an anticipated closing date of July 15, 2008. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered on the CCR website as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award and to receive payments against an existing award. Please be sure your firm is registered. The website is www.ccr.gov. Also, effective January 1, 2005, all potential contractors are required to log into ORCA and complete the representations and certifications. www.bpn.gov.
